J. M. Clark Consulting, LLC is a sole-proprietorship formed to provide consulting services to public and private corporations. I am licensed to practice public accounting in Colorado and have over eighteen years of experience in accounting, audit and finance. My experience includes public accounting, financial reporting for a public company, the creation and management of an internal audit department and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementations. Other financial experience includes treasury, insurance, budgeting, billing and financial analysis.
My approach to consulting engagements is simple - work with clients to define the project objectives and then provide hands-on, focused and efficient assistance for completing the objectives. I also provide training and information to my clients so that they have the tools to keep processes working effectively.
